Invitation to our speech on BICOP 2025
The 2025 Optica British and Irish Conference on Optics and Photonics (BICOP 2025) will be held from December 16 to 18 at London, UK.
SHINKO will present a paper on package structure for optical chiplet. This work was based on results obtained from a project, JPNP20017, subsidized by the New Energy and Industrial Technology Development Organization (NEDO).
