  • Opened the SHINKO Techno Academy in Oshimada, Nagano-City.

  • Concluded the Comprehensive Partnership Agreement with the Faculty of Engineering, Shinshu University.
  • Introducted a remote work system.

  • Named Masami Fujita the 12th President and Representative Director.

  • Gain ISO9001 integrated certification for the entire Company shifting from separate certifications in each manufacturing division.

Began large-scale production of Motor Cores.
