SHINKO and our overseas group company supply not only industrial standard 5.6 mm diameter packages, but also TO-46 and TO-38 CAN packages for DML/EML high-speed communication.

• Hermeticity: 1x10^-9 Pa.m³/sec and lower
• High electrical insulation: 1 x 10¹¹ Ω or higher
• To react flexibly to diversifying customers' needs, we are able to carry out all the inhouse design and production of molds, tools, and manufacturing lines.
• Ceramic substrates that are pattern created by plating or thin film processing are mounted. These substrates can have impedance matching.
• Ceramic substrates can be joined efficiently by using an automatic bonding unit.
• We suggest the optimal design, sealing method, and structure depending on the requested design and characteristics.
