Introduction

In the face of the backdrop in recent years of the need to further save energy, there is increased demand for high-efficiency motors, and the needs surrounding the primary components such as motor cores are becoming increasingly diversified.
SHINKO provides high-precision, high-quality motor cores by applying precision stamping die tool technology cultivated by semiconductor package manufacturing technology.

Features

• Available electrical steel sheet thickness: 0.15 mm to 0.5 mm
• Precision stamping and laminating for fine and complicated shapes
• Consistent in-house process from stamping die tool design, tool manufacturing and stamping

Processing Example

• From configuration: Sheet thickness 0.20 mm, Circumference arc length : 20 mm and Core outer-wall width: 0.25 mm
• Laminated position accuracy is within 0.02 mm
