The 68th IEEE EPS Japan Chapter Evening Meeting will be held on March 6 at Client Inovation Center, Ajinomoto Co. in Kawasaki, Japan.
SHINKO will present a paper on processing technology of insulation layer for 2.xD advanced organic packages This work was based on results obtained from a project, JPNP20017, subsidized by the New Energy and Industrial Technology Development Organization (NEDO).
