2nd Forest Maintenance Activity under the “Adopt-a-forest Program” for FY2025

SHINKO ELECTRIC INDUSTRIES CO., LTD. (“the Company”) hereby announces that it conducted the second forest maintenance activity for fiscal year 2025 on October 25 in forests owned by Iizuna Town, Nagano Prefecture, as part of the adopt-a-forest program promoted by Nagano Prefecture. The Company has participated with SHINKO WORKERS UNION in this project, conducting forest maintenance activities every spring and fall. This latest activity represents the Company's 21st such initiative. About 90 people, consisting of the Company's employees and their families, participated in the activity and carried out work to protect the previously planted saplings, such as cutting undergrowth.

The Company will continue to contribute to the realization of a sustainable society through its efforts to address sustainability issues, such as environmental conservation activities in the local community.
