SHINKO Techno Academy

Introduction

In February 2021, we established the SHINKO Techno Academy as an inhouse educational institution. The Academy’s mission is improvement of employees’ knowledge and skills to satisfy the needs of the advancing semiconductor market.
We will sequentially fulfill our educational programs, further strengthen our manufacturing sites, and work on manufacturing utilizing our high core technologies.

School Emblem

The school emblem features the abbreviation STA, standing for SHINKO Techno Academy, as well as olive branches within a shield frame topped by three stars.

The olive branches symbolize wisdom, victory, and peace; the shield is proof of friendship, and the three stars symbolize the curricula for basic to intermediate to advanced class.
