Compliance Line for Suppliers

Our company has set up the Compliance Line for Suppliers to promote compliance and receive reports from supplier whistleblowers.
If our company’s officers, managers or employees have engaged in conduct that violates or is suspected of violating compliance regarding procurement, please fill out the specified information in the whistleblower’s form on the Compliance Line for Suppliers, and send this form to us.
However, we strictly refuse to accept reports that libel others.

Important Notice

Please indicate the name of the whistleblower, their department affiliation, place of work, and contact information.
You can file an anonymous report if you don’t wish to reveal your name, your place of work, or other information. However, an anonymous report may impede our investigation and response, therefore, we may be unable to confirm the facts of the case when we lack sufficient evidence.

Response

We will first verify and investigate the facts of the case, and then provide a swift response.
If we need additional or supporting documents to verify the facts of the case, the department handling the case may wish to contact the whistleblower for further evidence.
The department will contact the whistleblower as required to follow up on the results of the response.

Prohibitions Against Disadvantageous Treatment

The Compliance Line for Suppliers prohibits the disadvantageous treatment of the whistleblower and their place of work stemming from the report.
